When thinking about booking Disney World, many wonder where they will stay, what parks they are going to, and if they need park hopper passes or not.
Whether going solo or with a large group, the best way to start your booking is by contacting a Disney Expert Agent. Why a Disney Expert? We go through a certification process that makes sure we stay up to date with all the newest and latest goings on with both Disney World, Disney Land, Disney Cruises and Aulani Hawaii as well as international Disney Parks.
When booking for Disney World, the first thing we always want to know is what dates and what type of accommodations you want. Something that is fairly exclusive to Disney World is that not only are there levels to the accommodations, but the proximity to certain parks is an important consideration as well. If you are spending a large amount of your time at Magic Kingdom, a resort along the monorail might be your best bet, but also staying at a Good Neighbor Hotel might be more budget friendly and you can still see the fireworks at night.
To book as far in advance as available is also ideal to secure the rooms you want in the hotels you would like. For 2024, bookings will open up in June of 2023. Accommodations such as the Polynesian, Contemporary, and the Grand Floridian, all book up fairly quickly, especially club level.
Deciding which parks to go to is the easier part of the Disney booking process. Deciding whether or not you need Park Hopper tickets is the other half of deciding which parks to go to. If you want to stick to one park per day, then you do not need Park Hopper tickets. However, if you plan on going for a quick getaway but want to maximize the number of parks you go to, then Park Hopper is definitely for you. Of course, we are always happy and able to adjust your booking as needed.
One of the most important parts of your booking is obtaining particular dining reservations or the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Dining and Enchanting Extras reservations open 60 days before hand. Things like the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique frequently fill up within minutes of reservations opening up and rarely open up again until the day of or day before your requested day. To make sure you have the best Disney experience, always make sure you let your agent know 90 days before your trip which types of reservations you would like. Of course we can still try and get some reservations after they open, but we just ask you to be patient as we work to get you the most magical vacation possible.
So let us make your Disney World vacation seamless and enchanting, by letting us handle your booking, tickets, and reservations. Making your Disney vacation the most magical experience is our goal!
